Maybe a plan for casual users who needs a big response but only occassionally?
That’s a good suggestion. I’m thinking maybe we should have one or two special plan for people with special needs for example need a big response occasionally, or light-weight use for just 1 form but want all the extra features in paid plan.

I agree – a free plan with very samll number of forms but with high volume. Downloading the data in a spreadsheet should be included.

Is there anywhere I can track how many submission have been sent so far this month?

Sorry for late reply. you may click on the “Account” link on the top right hand corner after you logged in your account. There are the information of number of submission in this month in your account, disk usage and also the link to upgrade or downgrade to different plans.

..also for the Free Account, is it 300 submission per form or per account?
